All Company Plans

The Free, Essential, and Business plans power a single knowledge hub. Roles are either administrative or non-administrative.

Administrative roles

Primary Owner
Every knowledge hub has a single Primary Owner who holds the highest level of permissions. This person can manage contracts, members and slices and can transfer ownership of the knowledge hub to someone else.

Editor
There can be multiple Editors. They manage members, knowledge slices and other administrative tasks.

Non-administrative roles

Members
Members are the people from your company that join your Knowledge Hub. They can use your Hub to share and consult the company know-how.
