Welcome to PLOTTU. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our plot investigation platform and services. By accessing or using PLOTTU, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the PLOTTU website and services
  • "User" refers to customers requesting investigation services
  • "Field Investigator" refers to verified individuals conducting on-site investigations
  • "Investigation" refers to the plot verification service requested
  • "Report" refers to the certified investigation document

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Services

3.1 Investigation Services

PLOTTU provides plot investigation services including:

  • Physical verification of plot location and boundaries
  • Documentation of current plot status and surroundings
  • GPS-verified location data and photographs
  • Certified investigation reports

3.2 Service Categories

We offer investigations for different property types:

  • Residential properties
  • Commercial properties
  • Agricultural land

3.3 Limitations

Our services are limited to physical verification and observation. We do not provide:

  • Legal title verification or ownership confirmation
  • Property valuation or appraisal services
  • Legal advice or opinions
  • Guarantees regarding property disputes or encumbrances

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fees

Investigation fees are displayed on the platform and vary based on property category. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Process

Payment must be made via UPI before investigation commencement. Users must upload a payment screenshot for verification. Investigation begins only after payment confirmation.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Investigation cannot be completed due to our inability to access the location
  • Significant delay beyond the promised timeline (subject to review)
  • Technical issues on our platform preventing service delivery

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are not available once the investigation report has been delivered.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete property information
  • Ensure the property location is accessible for investigation
  • Upload authentic documents and payment proofs
  • Use investigation reports only for legitimate purposes
  • Not misrepresent or alter certified reports
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of PLOTTU

6. Field Investigator Terms

6.1 Application and Verification

Field investigators must submit complete documentation for verification. Approval is at PLOTTU's sole discretion. Background verification may be conducted.

6.2 Investigator Responsibilities

Approved investigators must:

  • Conduct investigations honestly and professionally
  • Capture accurate GPS data and photographs
  • Submit reports within specified timelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of all investigation data
  • Not accept direct payments from users

6.3 Termination

PLOTTU reserves the right to suspend or terminate investigator accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or poor performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by PLOTTU. Investigation reports are provided for the requesting user's use and may not be commercially redistributed without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PLOTTU provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of property information
  • Legal status or ownership of investigated properties
  • Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
  • Suitability of services for specific purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLOTTU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific investigation service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLOTTU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.

12. Modifications

PLOTTU reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination
